POSITION: Investigation Officer
Job Description
– Collection of data or information by telephone, face to face, in the field … within the framework of surveys, polls, according to the requirements of the mission.
– Collection of debts from our various customers in your survey area
– Locate our various debtors
– Participate in the preparatory phase of the survey plan
– Serve as a marketing agent in the agent’s locality
– Work on the marketing plan corresponding to your area with our marketing manager in Douala.
Access
– This part-time job is accessible without a diploma or professional experience.
– A BAC and BAC+2 level would be a plus.
– Recruitment is open on occasional employment contracts for an indefinite period.

Conditions
– Be at least 21 years of age.
– Be available when a mission is referred to you.
– The activity of this profession is carried out on behalf of survey and polling organizations, local authorities, … in relation with the public. It may involve travel.
– It varies according to the mode of organization (face to face, by telephone, etc.) and the objective sought (survey, location, debt collection, etc.).
– It can be carried out in split hours, on weekends, holidays or during the week.
– Remuneration depends on the objectives achieved (number of locations, number of collections, number of successful surveys, number of clients brought in, etc.).
Activities
– Prepare the investigation plan, materials, and media according to the purpose of the investigation and instructions
– Identify the target persons, inform WIA about the nature and progress of the survey.
– Collect all the necessary data to justify your investigation.
– Complete forms, questionnaires, and reports
– Classify the data collected and transmit the results of the survey
– Carry out surveys by: Media Audience, Opinion Poll, Verification of Authenticity of Documents, Mystery or Unexpected Visit
– Test/appraise the quality of the information
– To identify anomalies in the answers on the questionnaires (absence, illegibility, over-number, ratification etc….), and to ask the reason to those concerned.
– Evaluate the operationality of questionnaires and grids before launching the survey and provide comments and suggestions for improvement.
